The scene:
Bakery 105 is located in the south-end of picturesque Downtown Wilmington, NC just steps from the Cape Fear River. Once a working bread bakery, the building maintains the edginess of the more industrial design elements with modern upgrades for the most discerning host. The Bakery's Orange Street entrance is handicap-accessible and leads to the landing overlooking the outdoor Garden Courtyard as well as to the double doors into the venue's indoor space. The Bakery 105 building has a rich history dating back to the early 1900s and is a great example of rustic industrial architecture. Now flanked with planter boxes and bench seating, the steps into the street-level courtyard feature brick pavers, climbing vines, and crepe myrtle trees.

A walk in any direction reveals historic buildings, cobblestone streets, 100-year-old trees, historic homes and the Cape Fear River boardwalk. Can you say "photo-op heaven"?
Design:
The Bakery 105 venue and adjoining garden courtyard provide a hip, modern backdrop for any occasion. A step inside reveals a large open space featuring exposed brick walls, wood ceiling, steel girders, built-in bar, and a large monitor skylight. The Garden Courtyard is ideally suited for a ceremony, cocktail hour, or al fresco dining experience. The most recent addition to the venue includes a built-in bar with a white marble bar top and white wood cabinetry.
Extra perks:
Besides amazing service…and the venue, Bakery 105 provides: seating tables and white chairs for 150 guests and food service/buffet tables. We will help create a floor plan based on your use of the space. Bakery 105 provides the catering, beverage and bar service, service staff, and basic setup and clean up. We include the flatware, glassware, and plates in our catering per person price.

The Cottage on Orange Street
A gorgeous suite located in a "tiny" historic home sits adjacent to Bakery 105's Orange Street entrance. The location and layout is well-suited for the bride and her ladies (or the groom and his men) as well as and intimate gathering.
View: One of cobblestone streets lined with 100 year-old Oak trees surrounded by historic homes on the edge of the central business district of Downtown Wilmington.

A Dry Goods store in the late 1800s, the venue provides a backdrop of Southern Charm...Meets Modern Elegance. The indoor space features large picture windows, exposed brick walls, and heart of pine wood beams, while the vast outdoor deck overlooks the Cape Fear River.
View: Tucked at the south-end of Wilmington's CBD, views include sunsets over the Cape Fear River, the city skyline, and the charm of downtown Front Street.
