Venue Setting

A Swedish designed beach house located on four lots. If Father of the Bride was filmed on the beach this would be the house! All white exterior with lush landscaping to compliment coastal living to a perfection. The home owners travel to Sweden for 6 months out of the year, and our company manages its event rentals in their absence. The property only books 1 event per weekend, and depending on the date chosen - there may be over night accommodations available for the bride and groom. We get a very limited amount of time throughout the year to book this property, which makes for an even more exclusive location to host your event!

The property is walking distance to a beautiful seaside park with mature palm trees and green grasses. Located nearby, and also walking distance is the sand and the Pacific Ocean. The home can be entered through the front courtyard which is a perfect beginning to any party. With market lights and a bubbly bar as a first impression, you then could move on to the Main Hall with cathedral ceilings, The Parlour with piano & a satellite bar, The Library for a fabulous dining spot, The Patio for a picturesque lounge and cozy outdoor fireplace, The Rooftop for a birds eye view of the party and a 180 degree ocean view, & The Pool Garden to dance the night away under the stars.

The estate is located more towards the tip of the Balboa Peninsula in Newport Beach. Amongst the historic community of Balboa Island & Newport Harbor, one of the largest pleasure-boat harbors in the world. A neighborhood with some of the wealthiest and most affluent individuals in all of the US. The area is known for its "seaside sophistication".
