Welcome to Bedford Post, set in the heart of Westchester, at 954 Old Post Road in Bedford, NY. Bedford Post is home to an eight-room luxury inn, a yoga studio, and two distinct restaurants. Join us for daily classes, workshops and events at The Yoga Loft.

Westchester residents Carey Lowell, Russell Hernandez and Richard Gere joined together in 2007 to rescue and restore this historic property dating back to the 1860's.

Located directly next to the Tavern, the Farmhouse Event Space has its own private entrance/exit plus access to a private charming courtyard with a live wood burning grill.

The Yoga Loft and Courtyard
