Blue Hill Farm is a brand new B and B and wedding venue with million-dollar views located in western Loudoun County just outside historic Waterford Village in the heart of Virginia wine country. We have beautiful, pastoral views of farmland, rolling foothills and the Blue Ridge Mountains in every direction.
Our venue includes our 12 acres with million-dollar views in every direction, 2 gazebos, a pool, a rustic barn and a we're building a new carriage/pool house over the winter. And unlike many of the vineyard venues - ours includes our large modern farmhouse with 3 guest rooms with luxury en suite baths. Perfect for "getting ready" or accommodations for some of your out-of-town guests.
We are just 20 minutes west of Dulles Airport but it feels like a world away from the hustle and bustle of DC and suburban Northern Virginia. We are within easy walking distance of the charming historic village of Waterford, situated high on a hill with a 360 degree view pastoral scenes with a backdrop of Sugarloaf and the Blue Ridge Mountains.
