Bode Nashville was renovated and opened in 2017 through the collaborative effort of the best designers, architects, furniture makers, artists, and lighting experts in Nashville. The building's exterior is a bold solid black brick, warmed up with wood tones and lush landscaping. Located in the SoBro neighborhood of Nashville's downtown, the property features views of the downtown cityscape and the Korean War Veteran's bridge. Upon entering the property, the greenery and fencing create an intimate environment.

Venue Setting

Bode puts you in a chic and stylish downtown Nashville hotel, walking distance to some of Music City’s most popular spots. We have several options available for venue rental, including our Sidebar, courtyard, and for property-buyouts -Dawn.

Sidebar seats 45 and has a max standing capacity of 69. It is an indoor bar setting space with 2 TV's for presenting, Sonos speakers, lounge and cocktail seating that can be rearranged to meet your unique needs.

The courtyard is an uncovered outdoor area that spans the property. It includes a tree-lined strip that is perfect for setting up long reception tables, a large cement area with a stage that has built-in seating around a portion of the perimeter, and our vintage truck (Otis) complete with a rustic dining table for eight in his truck bed. This area can seat 125 and has a max standing capacity of 200.

Dawn is our indoor café, market, and bar. This space is only available for property buy-outs as it is highly-utilized by guests. Dawn has gorgeous A-frame white ceilings with dark wooden beams, designer lighting, and plenty of options for furniture configuration with a combination of long tables, cocktail tables, sofas, chairs, and stools. Dawn is also equipped with Sonos speakers. This space seats 45 and has a max standing capacity of 75 and includes two private bathrooms.

If you would like to explore a room block or buy-out, the property has a total of 69 units ranging from junior hotel rooms to 4-bedroom suites.

We have two cozy fire pits to gather around, a vintage Ford truck with a dining table in the truck bed that allows for an amazing view of the city, hanging swings in our porch area, ping-pong, cornhole, a concert stage, and plenty of areas to just lounge.
