Borgo Stomennano will appeal to those who want not just a holiday villa , but who would like to sheer 17th century style and traditional Italian elegance. Written documentation of Stomennano dates back to 1254 when a peace treaty was signed between Florence and Siena in this villa. The villa is located in a tiny village with it's farm house, wine cellars, olive oil mills, carpenter and still a working estate of 250 hectares (about 625 acres) surrounded by olive groves and woodland. The Villa has belonged to the same family since 1700 and retains the air of a faded elegance of a family home with antique furnishings and frescoes ceiling. The Italian style garden facing a wonderful view of the old walled city of Monteriggioni and, in the distance, the towers of san Gimignano. To stay in this very special place is to take a step back in time. The Borgo can accommodate 34 persons in 5 different accommodations.

Villa sleeps 6: Each floor is 400 m2 in size. Ground floor: large sitting room with frescos, decorated ceilings, columns and fireplaces, dining room area with seating for six. French doors open onto the Italian garden. There is a Billiard room, and a modern kitchen. A cherry wood staircase leads up to the first floor where there is the main entrance, a dining room decorated with frescos and a table that can seat up to 22 people, and a library and a sitting room. There are three double bedrooms room and three bathrooms. The Cardinal bedroom has a king-size bed, two windows, and a fireplace, a large private bathroom with tub. The Romantic bedroom has a double bed, two windows, and a little sitting room with a library, and a little bathroom with shower. The Empire bedroom has a king-size bed with canopy, a private sitting room, and an en suite bathroom with tub. On the back of the Villa facing a large and fully bloom garden totally equipped with garden supplies, BBQ covered area, table tennis, and a 7x 14 mt infinity pool looking the vineyard of the property there are the Farmhouses.
