BWB Ranch venues allow brides and grooms to tailor make their special day according to their individual style. Full of charm, BWB awaits you on your wedding day! We strive to make your day as stress-free as possible, so here at BWB Ranch - we have one set price, always. You won't be surprised with hidden costs or upcharges. Julie, hostess of the Ranch and coordinator of your event will help you go through all the technicality’s of your special day with you ensuring things go smoothly. She will also help you with the planning process and provide any inside needed. We also have TONS of decor couples can go through and use on their wedding day, this has helped so many of our past couples save money during the planning process.

Our venue is always one set price + tax. Tables, chairs, linens, decor, bridal suite are all provided by the venue. There are no hidden fees, packages, or additional costs! Brides are required to find their own vendors and cover those costs. A list of vendors used at the venue previously can be provided.

Venue Features
The Scene:
BWB Ranch is set on 120 acres of rolling green land filled with White Pine, Maple and various greenery that captivate you when you pull in. Once you make it up the long landscaped drive to the venue, you will see an abundance of landscaping and gardens that bring a pop of color everywhere you look. There are three different ceremony locations onsite that can cater to couple's style. The lush landscapes provide a romantic feel to your ceremony. The barn was constructed of historic, rich wood that sets has enough charm on its own, but is still a blank enough canvas for you to put your own personality and touch inside. 
Design:
The barn is constructed from an old railroad trestle. All of the 8''by 8'' cedar beams that you see in the barn are cut from the trees that held up that trestle. Some of the cedar trunks were 40 feet long with 30-inch diameter butts with no knots. These trees were born in the middle of the 1700's. The board and batten siding that you see on the barn was cut out of red and white pine trees that were probably born in the late 1800's. The barn was built for the purpose of work, storage, gardening and chickens. The chicken coop area has since been revamped for the bridal suite. We use the barn for all the purposes it was built for...except chickens!

Our venue has one set price no matter what. Couples love this because they get every single thing that they see in photos from previous weddings without being slapped with an additional fee or upcharge. Julie, the hostess of the barn and coordinator is a huge advantage for brides because she has helped and hosted so many weddings. She will be there for you every step of the way. Whether you need her to help set up, compose the calligraphy on your chalkboards or simply just monitor the event, she is there for you. Our venue has so much property, the visions are endless and you can really create your perfect day. We have a room full of signs, decor and more to help you add your personal stamp on it. 
Extra Perks:
Everything at our venue is included in the one set fee. Tables, chairs, linens, decor, coordinator, etc.
