Whether you stay in the L’Hospitalet de Llobregat neighbourhood for dinner or make your way into the centre, you’ll easily find a bar offering superb tapas – Barcelona is known for its food, after all. The Torrassa metro stop is just six minutes from the apartment, so getting into the city centre is incredibly easy. The journey to the Gothic Quarter takes twenty-nine minutes, and you can be admiring La Sagrada Familia in twenty-two minutes. There are plenty of parks near the apartment, and the Mercat de Collblanc is just six minutes away – head there first for fresh bread, cheese and jamon for a picnic.
