We invite you to enter a world of rustic charm, history and elegant tradition. Lovingly restored with attention to detail and the focus on creating a wonderful romantic setting. Parts of this traditional Catalan Masia date back to the 11th century. Surrounded by vineyards and completely enclosed within an ancient stone wall, the property was the original village of Olivella. Whilst the main house has stood empty for the past twenty years the outbuildings were still used for the production of wine until 2002.

The estate is also a great location for special events such as meetings and themed parties, special celebrations, anniversaries and family gatherings or corporate events.

Casa Felix is perfectly located on the edge of the charming village of Olivella with its stunning views over the Garraf National Park, picturesque church and family friendly restaurant. Just a 15 minute drive takes you to the cosmopolitan seaside town of Sitges where you and your guests can walk the 3km promenade and enjoy the 17 sandy beaches.

The house has 16 ensuite bedrooms with air conditioning, (five rooms are in a separate house entered from the main garden area, this also has a kitchen and living area) Casa Felix is ideal for families, friends and special occasions.
 
The house has several sitting rooms, three TV rooms and three fully equipped kitchens.
 
There are three stunning master suites and extra beds can be added to many of the rooms meaning the house can comfortably sleep 40. With a variety of living spaces everyone can find a corner to escape to!
 
The large terrace has a built in barbecue and beautiful views over the surrounding hills and vineyards and of course amazing sunsets!

The estate also includes two swimming pools.
In 2015 the old stables were reformed into a 5 bedroomed cottage (all ensuite). With kitchen, breakfast area and lounge.
The entire house has 6 sitting rooms, a library, dining room and cinema.
The large terrace from the kitchen has dining table and seating from 20, and stunning views.
The games room has a three quarter size snooker table, table football and table tennis.
