This luxury private estate is situated on 3 acres of pristine property facing the Atlantic Ocean surrounded by almond trees, coco palms and many flowering vines and shrubs native to the Dominican Republic. Design:
New York based Spencer Kimball commissioned Rangr Studio to design a Caribbean get-away large enough to accommodate his family and groups of friends. Located on the rural North coast of the Dominican Republic, the design sought to create a contemporary house within the basic construction means and materials locally available. The structures are reinforced concrete, clad with a local Coral stone. The floor to ceiling windows, made by local carpenters with a dense hardwood, pivot on automobile wheel bearings opening up the spaces to the cooling ocean breezes.

The buildings are designed to protect from views of neighboring lots, heightening the experience of the vast horizon beyond. The interior spaces subtly merge with exterior providing amazing vistas of the landscapes of coconut palms and the Atlantic ocean. A 45m long infinity edge pool creates a seamless edge of water in front of the ocean, hiding terraces at cliff edge that allow the experience of the ocean's roar as waves break on the cliff face below.

This section provides insights into our diverse culinary and social offerings.
A private chef and his staff prepare 3 excellent meals and afternoon snack spread daily for the villa guests. All meal planning for preferences, dietary restrictions and allergies, shopping, all food and beverage supplies as well as all non alcohol beverages and fresh juices are arranged by our staff. They take care of EVERYTHING encompassing food and beverage service including special requests.

For guests hosting events, such as weddings, we have the option of a trusted caterer.
There are 2 bars at Casa Kimball. The one in the main building, fully stocked and staffed, is the heartbeat of the villa. Guests automatically congregate here, feeling the gravitational pull of the Caribbean cocktails made with fresh tropical juices served by charming English/Spanish speaking bartenders. Ask for a shot of the Mamajuana!

The second is located on the covered terrace outside of the entertainment lounge with billiards and karaoke. This bar is frequently used for private dance parties and celebrations as the adjacent terrace doubles as a great dance floor.
