Venue Setting

Cherokee Castle offers one of the most unique venues in Colorado, and an event here can be an enchanting experience for both you and your guests. Weddings are held outdoors May thru September. October through April allows for a smaller, more intimate wedding inside the Castle. In either instance, Docents will be provided to conduct tours for those guests who may desire to learn more about its rich history, unique furnishings and collections of art from around the world.

As your guests enter the property through the gate on Daniels Park Road, they are treated to a relaxing two-mile drive through rugged, natural terrain. Our land, totaling over 3,400 acres, is designated as open space and is home to hundreds of elk, deer, bear, over 50 species of birds and other wildlife. This distinctive landmark has an elegant ambiance that is perfect for a wedding!

Cherokee Ranch & Castle is also available for other private events including coporate retreats, holiday parties, family reunions, birthday parties and more!

The scene:

The massive doors open and you enter an architectural masterpiece echoing 1450′s Scotland. Ahead lays the Great Hall with its soaring wooden arches and intricate cut-stone walls. To the left, a quiet study filled with treasures from world journeys. To the right, an expansive terrace offering magnificent views of the Rockies. Unique in all the West, this 1920s landmark and surrounding land now serves as a vibrant venue for extraordinary entertainment, education and enjoyment. Welcome.

Your horizon: From Pike’s Peak to Long’s Peak and beyond.

This is a Rocky Mountain panorama you won’t soon forget. Hundreds of miles of plains, plateaus and pinnacles unfold, giving you a view all along the Front Range. Denver’s cityscape to the north confirms how close the metro area really is.
