COA the signature restaurant at Dorado Beach, highlights the best seasonal products, as our interpretation of a grill concept, all transformed on our custom-made “MIBRASA” wood burning oven. The menu carefully curated by Chef Juan Peña highlights local culture in a rustic but elegant way. The restaurants also host La Cava, one of the largest wine rooms in the Caribbean.
