Venue Setting

The Cotton Sail Hotel is located in the heart of Savannah's Historict District, overlooking River Street and just steps from City Market, inside of a refurvished 1880's cotton warehouse. While we went to great lengths to preserve the charm of our old building some may say that we went to even greater lengths to add one exciting new element. We are proud to introduce our guests to the Top Deck, our rooftop lounge and meeting space. The North Star Room is Savannah’s only rooftop meeting space with patio access that overlooks River Street. The 1,200 square foot room offers a versatile column-free space with a full wall of windows for ample natural light and is ideal for business and social functions alike. As an added bonus, the North Star Room also includes a private 650 square foot furnished rooftop patio with stunning views of the Savannah River.
