Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of VND 1000000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Following Vietnam’s Government Law, all staying guests are required to present upon check-in his/her passport with a valid entry/exit visa (citizen identity card, passport, permanent resident card or temporary resident card (if customer is a foreigner), or his/her identity documents by competent authorities of Vietnam to the Front Office for check in formalities. The deposit for incidental charge is at VND1,000,000/night, settle upon check in.
