For 25 years, the Cigarral de las Mercedes has been one of the most iconic establishments in Toledo. The estate expands over 12 acres, filled with beautifully kept gardens and interiors with the most exquisite decoration.
Located on the hillside overlooking the World Heritage City of Toledo, Spain, it offers a panoramic view to the city and extended countryside. It’s close proximity to Madrid, less than one hour away by car and 30 minutes by train, it provides travelers an easy access to the property.
The name "Cigarrales" is given to recreational estates located on the southern hillside of the imperial city of Toledo. Their location and traditional characteristics are what gives the Cigarrales a unique name to this area. A manor house with views to the city, a vegetable garden, olive trees and a stone wall delimiting its extension, are their traditional signs of identity.
The property has been restored respecting the traditional architecture of the area, using old stone, wrought iron and materials of the finest quality.
Whether you are planning an event or private celebration that involves an intimate gathering or as many as 400 guests, the beautiful indoor and outdoor locations are the perfect setting.
The hotel, with capacity for 100 guests, invites guests to relax in a private and natural environment where every element has been designed for the comfort and well-being of its guests.
