Come one, come all for a fab day out at this urban “garage” winery in Portland, Oregon! Rent out the Barrel Room in the back or choose to rent out the entire space – both the Tasting Lounge and the Barrel Room – where you can gather with all of your favorite people to sip on handcrafted authentic wines and local beers, and snack on yummy appetizer plates (salami, cheese, and bread)!

ENSO is an urban winery that hand crafts authentic old-world style wines that express both the moment they were created…as well as the moment they're enjoyed.

We have a variety of ways to help you host a great party, wedding, meeting, meal or other event at ENSO. Groups as small as 12 and as large as 120 can be accommodated. It’s a great chance to show off wines made in Portland in a romantic, casual environment. We have food and beer options and can tailor the party to your specific needs.

The size of our Barrel Room is roughly 49 feet by 27 feet. The size of our Tasting Lounge is roughly 49 feet by 16 and 30 feet, depending on the space. Both are roughly 1300 square feet.

Venue Features
The scene:

Many great ventures begin in garages (ours certainly did)- but they seldom stay there forever. In our case, however, we’ve settled into our big, beautiful garage for the long haul.

The front sliding garage door reveals a warm, comfortable space. An original wall mural advertising auto storage ties into repurposed Edison bulb chandeliers. A chalkboard mural of the vineyards we partner with is above cozy, lived-in couches. Barstools line two open bar spaces, while intimate seating areas and reclaimed church pews line the walls and open spaces, accented by matte charcoal wallpaper. Our space is inviting and romantic, with modest floral arrangements and candle accents.

Through the curtains is our Barrel Room, producing wine by day and transforming into the perfect intimate event area at night. From offsite conference room to birthday dinners to small weddings, the Barrel Room is an ideal location for a variety of events.
