Our main business is accommodating small groups who want to explore the gourmet wonderland and majestic coastline that is the Mornington Peninsula. The house itself is split over two levels, designed to make your stay fun and super relaxed. There are four bedrooms in total, with two bedrooms and a bathroom on each level, connecting via an external walkway to the side of the house. Although the bedding configuration can sleep up to 8 guests, for maximum comfort we recommend up to 6 adults, with an extra little person or two in the 4th bedroom, which is kid ready.

The scene:
Lots of fresh country air and sea breezes, this is a small intimate shack that sleeps up to 8 guests and has been tastefully decorated with casual quirk, set in a rambling garden that falls away steep into the valley, with picture perfect rural and ocean views.

Perfect for intimate get togethers and garden parties, campfire chats, carefree summer BBQ’s, long lazy lunches or small team / group retreats and getaways, with endless photo opportunities on the property and within the surrounding area.

Design:
Enjoy the garden setting and magical views. Look straight out to the grazing cattle on rolling green pastures; to the left and take in the waves crashing at the famed Cyril’s surf break, or beyond where Bass Strait meets Western Port.

Standout venue features:
With a garden that offers plenty of peace and privacy, the highlight being a large rustic table made from the old Flinders Pier, set amongst the lavender and sidelined with a firepit to retreat to, whilst taking in the views, country air and sea breezes.

We can help you select local caterers, additional furniture hire or help you with a menu and styling, eg. paella by the campside, s'mores kits for guests, picnic kits, cheese and grazing platters, bbq packs, as well as wine providors in the local area, including private tastings if required.

Bring your friends, your nearest and dearest, your sandy feet and most importantly an appetite to enjoy both the outdoors and the local produce and wine that is plentiful in the surrounding area.
