You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A deposit via bank wire is required to secure your reservation. Guests staying on 31 December are kindly requested to pay the additional New Year celebration programme fee, that is UAH 2000 per adult and UAH 1000 per a child from 6 to 12 years. Children 6 years and younger can participate free of charge. Please note that breakfast is not included for extra people staying in the room in an extra bed or existing bed.
