There is no fixed fee that is charged for the exclsuive use one one of our rooms/spaces, but a minimum spend guarantee amount, where the cost of all food & beverages for your event work towards meeting that amount. Should that amount not be met, a room rental fee is applied to make up the difference; as such this fee is variable & not fixed, as it depends what the subtotal cost of all food & beverage items comes to. New York tax 8.875% and gratuity (20% on the pre-tax subtotal) are charged in addition.
