Grato is a casually-elegant eatery with house made pasta, wood-fired pies & other Italian-inspired fare created by Chef Clay Conley. Our menu changes frequently, often taking on cuisines from around the globe, in addition to our Italian roots. Now a staple of the Flamingo Park community dining scene, we are happy to offer locals and visitors unique craft cocktail from our full bar, award winning hospitality and service, and unique, creative, delicious food from our James Beard nominated chef.
