It offers a beautiful view over the Tagus River, as well as the garden of Heden, located on the right side of the building.

The scene:: Upon arrival, guests will go up the stairs to the first floor, where, to their right, they will come upon the main open area with a kitchen, lounge, and the auditorium. This space is open to the guests of any event, as well as the members of the coworking space. A large terrace is accessible, where it is possible to witness the arrival and departure of Cruise ships. Guests can enjoy the view over the river and watch beautiful sunsets.
