Elegance in soft hues of coral, beige and crisp white echo tropical sophistication in the newly decorated and renovated formal dining room, The Hibiscus Room. Here you will enjoy fine traditional European cuisine with a Bermudian flavor which changes daily. The Hibiscus Room is the perfect choice for more formal dining. 

Open for Breakfast and Dinner year-round. Lunch is served at the Bayside Terrace poolside weather permitting.

Sunday Brunch has become a staple in Bermuda and at Grotto Bay. Come enjoy a few Mimosas at the bar and the full brunch buffet of assorted cheeses & cold cuts, salad bar, codfish & potatoes, black truffle mac ‘n’ cheese, carving station and omelets and waffles made to order. Every Sunday with Toni Bari on the grand piano in the Hibiscus Dining Room.

The Hibiscus Restaurant serves:
A full breakfast buffet from 7:30 am to 10:30 am
Winter Lunch Buffet from 12:00 pm to 3:30 pm (November – April)
And a smart casual dinner menu from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm

Dress Code:
Considered "smart casual" (Men wear a collared shirt). Jacket and tie optional.
Jeans, sneakers or trainers, flip-flops, shorts - unless dress Bermuda Shorts are not permitted.
