Hive is New England’s full service cocktail catering company on wheels, offering event hosts an innovative and unique alternative to traditional bar service that is truly wow-worthy. Hive's two Airstreams (one from 1983 and another from 1974) both feature creative lounge and seating areas, handcrafted wood finishes and eclectic design elements that stun unlike any other.
Hive can serve as a full-service bar, promotional space, lounge, meeting space, green room, or whatever you envision it to be. We provide services for weddings, pop-up events, conventions, promotional events, trade shows, holiday or birthday parties, corporate events, and many other personal, business, and community events.
Hive specializes in designing unique drink menus customized to you and your event. We have access to craft breweries throughout New England and many years of experience in the wine business. Our passion is creating hand-crafted and unique cocktail menus, using the highest quality ingredients and experimenting with new infusions and flavors with aromatics, spices, and herbs. As a full-bar and event coordination service, we enjoy recreating the classics and inventing modern signature cocktails, like our Sage Brown Derby and a Sour Cherry & Yuzu Bellini. Our wine, beer and cocktail experts are excited to create a custom bar menu for your special event.
Hive is full-insured and licensed and provides TIPS certified, experienced bar professionals.

Full Service: Base is $2,000 - $3,000 based on guest count + Bar selections
Rental only: Base is $3,000-$5,000 based on guest count (because menu design is Hive's focus, the base rental fee is higher for clients who opt to only rent an Airstream and to have another vendor provide alcohol).
Luxury Canvas Glamping Tents: Base is $500 per tent (sleeps two) + Labor ($35 per hour / average setup & breakdown is 5 hours)
Addtl fees = Travel ($1.50 per mile outside of 25 mile radius of Boston) / Labor ($35 per hour for bartenders and $25 per hour for barracks)- Insurance
