Nestled in the hills which overlook Florence, the villa is just 15 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but conveys the feeling of being lost in the abundant Tuscan countryside. A complimentary shuttle service to down town Florence offers luxe transport to this splendid city. When guests are ready to return to the tranquility of the villa, the shuttle bus will drop them at Il Salviatino’s door, alternatively private taxis can be arranged.

Each individually decorated, respecting the many particularities of the villa and its gardens, all suites and rooms are an elegant blend of local artisanship and the latest technologies. Handmade authentic Tuscan linen, lovingly selected artwork and the finest leathers all add to make each one of these suites and rooms a truly unique experience. A place where luxury has no limit, a stay here is beyond every imagination.

We want our Kitchen to be as tied to its territory and to the seasons as possible. At Il Salviatino, we are quite fortunate to be surrounded by a luxuriant park, so we have decided to devote a portion – actually what was once the historic orchard – to an organic vegetable garden,so that we may offer vegetables, fruit and aromatic herbs that are truly ‘from producer to consumer’! We are already working on it and we should have the first ‘fruits of our labors’ soon!
