Grab your slice of the Cornish coast at this newly built townhouse. Just on the edge of Falmouth, you’ll be in an area where a slower pace of life is the norm. The interior reflects the laid-back atmosphere with its neutral colours and soft furnishings, and even better there are some views out to the harbour. The balcony, with its glass safety barriers and unobstructed views, is one of our favourites, and that's not the only outside space to be found here – there's a courtyard garden with a dining table and outdoor lounge for you to enjoy with a cup of tea and biscuits in the afternoon for a little tea break. It's only a seven-minute walk from here to the heart of Falmouth, with all of its shops and cafes. Take a twenty-six-minute stroll or a short drive to Falmouth Harbour, the world's third-biggest natural harbour, and relax with a harbourside coffee while admiring the stunning views. Are you up for a little challenge? Climb Jacob's Ladder, however, depending on your physical condition, descending Jacob's Ladder may be preferable! The Moor, Falmouth's main plaza, is reached via 111 stone steps, but the panoramic views of the bay and estuary from the top are well worth the effort.
