Our menus, created by Executive Chef Yassine Khalal, combine the finest Moroccan and international flavours, using fresh ingredients sourced straight from our kitchen garden, just a short distance from your plate.Whether you're enjoying a meal by the pool, on the rooftop terrace under a starlit sky or in our restaurants, each setting offers something special, and we encourage guests to savour diverse dining experiences. Our signature dish has to be the traditional tagines, lamb, chicken or vegetables, and all of our breads are freshly prepared in the morning in our Berber kitchen in the garden.The food served at Kasbah Tamadot is a true highlight of any trip.
