Venue Setting

loftSEVEN Penthouse at The HAAS Bldg is a unique private 12th Floor Penthouse and Rooftop venue in Historic Downtown Los Angeles that is available for Weddings, Special Events, and Filming. The HAAS Building opened in 1915 with the Bank of Italy, now Bank of America, as its ground floor tenant. The structure was built by Abraham Haas, president of Haas, Baruch & Co. and designed by the architect firm, Morgan, Walls & Morgan. In June of 1916, the Chicago Tribune opened a branch office hoping to attract California advertisers to the mid-western paper. Located in the heart of Historic Downtown Los Angeles. Situated on the famous intersection of Broadway and 7th Street, just steps away from the Fashion District, Walt Disney Concert Hall, LA Live and the LA treasure, Clifton's Cafeteria. The HAAS Building has undergone a multi-million dollar renovation, giving life to eleven floors of live/work lofts designed to attract artists and entrepreneurs.
