Venue Setting

LORD STANLEY - Californian Bistro de Luxe!

Chef de Cuisine Nathan Matkowsky has created a rotating house menu showcasing his love of French cuisine with Asian influences. Both the à la carte and menu de luxe give homage to old school bistro style. As always, check out our casual to-go options from The Window, including comforting food that Nathan likes to eat, such as his Korean Fried Chicken and sides. Pastry Chef Harper Zapf presents an extensive selection of Parisian chocolates, patisseries and cakes, all available to enjoy for dine-in and take-out. Our natural wine list curated by Wine Director Louisa Smith highlights small producers, offering wines on tap served by the carafe, and fun twists on low-proof cocktails. General Manager Catherine O’ Brien runs the Front of House team who all look forward to greeting you with a smile;)
