Lundy Farm is a 62-acre property—2 hours north of NYC—surrounded by 30,000 acres of state forest in the Hudson Valley. The estate features 2 luxury villas, a regenerative organic farm & greenhouse, wellness & spa facilities, places to swim & an expansive landscape to roam. Currently, Lundy Farm is operating as a turnkey event & accommodation experience for groups looking for ultimate privacy & peace in a gorgeous, nature-immersed setting with all the comforts & amenities of a small luxury resort.

The estate is set in a mountainous valley and caters to long walks, bike rides, and hiking. There is a spring-fed pond—with rope swings— a saltwater pool for swimming & a state-of-the-art Sauna. Guests stay in two distinct villas that feature comfortable & luxuriously appointed common rooms, reading nooks, fireplaces, stone patios, dining rooms, and a game room with a video projector. We have added a greenhouse, 4-acre regenerative organic farm, and chef kitchen in our revitalization of the estate. We refurbished the building interiors and restored the horse stable into a movement studio. The property is the home of an apple, peach, and pear orchard, a compost site, laying hens, and bees. Lundy House contains multiple well-appointed communal spaces, living rooms, an open kitchen, sunroom, a game room with billiards, a music room with a record player and fireplace, 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, and stone patios surrounding the house. The Guest House has 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a commercial kitchen, and the main communal dining room with a large fireplace and patio. The Barn encloses the movement and meditation space next to a workout room equipped with stationary cardio machines and free weights.

A Salt Water Pool sits near the main Villa, tennis courts near the guest Villa. The spring-fed pond is a short walk from both Villas, and perfect for swimming + wading in warmer months. A walkway surrounds the farm for easy viewing of vegetation. We have multiple fire-pits for evening fetes and food prep. Vintage bikes, collected at Brimfield Flea Market, provide the perfect way to get around the grounds.
