Beautiful, two bedroom stone coattage is included in the rental. As well as a Bridal cottage adjacent to the lavender drying house, where the bridal party may prepare for the wedding (hair and makeup) or relax throughout the celebration.

Venue Features
The scene:
Our property is set on 13 acres of pasture, flower fields and forests which front the Sheepscot River in historic Wiscasset, Maine. Guests are dropped off by an old fashioned trolley and escorted to the waterfront ceremony site.
Design:
Our design is casually elegant and clean. The cedar benches at the ceremony area face the Sheepscot River, a tidal river flowing to the Atlantic, lined with trees which blow in the breezes and leaves bursting with color in the fall. The whitewashed beams of the post-and-beam lavender drying house provide a bright environment for dining and dancing. With screen doors and a stone patio facing the Sheepscot River, guests enjoy cocktails overlooking the water. A fire pit near the water rounds out the evening with guests enjoying the outdoors while sitting in our adirondiack chairs or next to the fire.
