- Full buyout -  at present we are sold out of weekend buyouts for 2020.  However, the campground is available for full buyouts for many weekdays, Sunday - Thursday, for our 2020 season - May 1 - November 1.  A full buyouts includes:  60 fully furnished glamp tents, use of the 36 acre campground for dinners, ceremonies and parties.

Mendocino Grove boasts 60 spacious Safari-style Classic and Family tents, fully-outfitted with comfortable beds, warm down comforters, wool blankets, crisp cotton linens, lanterns, and more. Each tent is housed on a wooden platform with a redwood deck furnished with leather butterfly-chairs, an ideal setting for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of the surrounding forest.

Other amenities include:
- Luxurious bathroom facilities with hot showers, complimentary EO body care products, fresh cotton towels, and well-appointed restrooms
- Meadow Commons, a communal area in the meadow with a large deck, tables and chairs, string lights, and a group campfire ring
- On-property yoga on weekends at 9:30 a.m. ($10 per person)
- Complimentary guided hikes with the resident naturalist on weekends at 9:00 a.m.
- Picnic tables, bocce ball court, horseshoes, games and books
- Relaxation hammocks strung throughout the meadow

Mendocino Grove is “camping made comfy.” The guest experience combines an immersion in the sights and sounds of nature with luxurious and modern comforts. With an array of amenities and offerings, guests can enjoy the experience of camping without the hassle of camp gear or the discomfort of sleeping on the ground.
Design:
Encompassing 37 acres, Mendocino Grove boasts 60 spacious Safari-style Classic and Family tents, fully-outfitted with comfortable beds, warm down comforters, wool blankets, crisp cotton linens, lanterns, and more. Each tent is housed on a wooden platform with a redwood deck furnished with leather butterfly-chairs, an ideal setting for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of the surrounding forest. Additionally, each campsite includes a picnic table and fire ring ideal for intimate fireside storytelling, cooking, and warmth during the cool mornings and evenings.

Wheelchair accessible tents are also available. Mendocino Grove features a central communal area for guests, with a group campfire ring and Adirondack chairs, a bocce ball court, corn hole, relaxation hammocks strung throughout the meadow, the luxurious Bath House, a hot water station, and an outdoor breakfast bar serving freshly brewed Thanksgiving Coffee from nearby Fort Bragg, hot cocoa, and tea with a light breakfast of yogurt, fruit, and trail bars. The campground also offers a reliable Wi-Fi connection within a designated wireless area located near the Bath House.
Standout venue features:
Mendocino Grove offers a handful of leisure activities on property, including bocce ball, corn hole, a private hiking trail with guided hikes on the weekend, games, and books. The campground also boasts a 45-minute Fern Canyon Loop Trail for all skill levels on-property with stunning views of the towering and majestic grand firs, lush fern groves, sweeping meadows, coastal bluffs, and gorgeous beaches.

Mendocino Grove provides access to a hiking concierge, who can provide intel about the best hikes in the area and join hikers as a guide for an additional fee. We offer on-property yoga on weekends at 9:30 a.m. ($10 per person) and complimentary guided hikes with the resident naturalist on weekends at 9:00 a.m. We also have reliable Wi-Fi and firewood and s’mores kits available for purchase. In the area, there's close access to nearby hiking trails, beaches, canoeing and kayaking.
Extra perks:
  • 30’ x 40’ Event Tent with interior lighting - does not include rentals or additional lighting. We can accommodate larger event tents in the meadow for parties larger than 120.
  • Ceremony Location in Point Arena with rustic seating for up to 120. (Seating beyond 120 is an additional $5/person)
  • Rehearsal dinner location in Meadow Commons with picnic table seating. Lighting and furniture in addition to what is available in Meadow Commons to be rented from outside source.
  • Full use of all Propane Heaters - up to 15 canisters of propane
  • Meadow Commons Space with full tea bar plus Morning Coffee, Cocoa Service & Light Snacks.
  • Up to 10 hours of Grounds Crew Time to move and replace furniture (Labor in excess of 10 hours will be billed at $25/hour).
