Venue Setting

A beautiful outdoor venue available here in Ann Arbor just six miles from downtown. Located on sixteen peaceful acres, our 2400 sq. ft. historic restored barn has room for a band, dancing, and eating. Barn accommodates up to 130 people seated, and for parties over 130, tent site is available. The site overlooks a gorgeous pond set against natural wetlands and rolling fields. Uniquely restored historic buildings sit amongst beautiful perennial gardens. This setting will assure a memorable and beautiful day.

In the past 7 years, we have hosted weddings and corporate events with people attending from all over the world. After every event we hear this was the most beautiful wedding or event they have ever attended. Returning to the grass roots of the historic farms in America is an experience like none other.

Venue Features
The scene:
Our property is located on 16 beautiful acres with rolling hills, includes a spring fed pond and two beautiful historic barns nestled just on the West side of Ann Arbor. Farms and barns have historically been places where people gather to enjoy life and the bounty of the earth. What better place to experience the most special family moment and begin a lifetime of good memories.
Design:
Our two barns have been refurbished with bathrooms, copper bars and contertops, rustic chandelier lighting, other historic buildings for changing rooms, and outdoor bars.
Standout venue features:
Majestic horses along with sheep are in a fenced in area for amazing pictures and guests enjoyment. Beautiful dock overlooks the springfed pond for guests to sit at while enjoying a glass of wine and listen to the birds. Area for games and bonfires is also on site, making the wedding or corporate event a day all will remember forever.
Extra perks:
Rehearsal dinners in the smaller barn on Fridays and Ceremony chairs are all included with the weddings.
