Located on a historic, cobblestone street in Tribeca, NY, we believe in putting as much energy into the fun and fabulous (our living wall and Lacroix wallpaper come to mind) as the functional (we’re wired for wifi, sound and security).
Whether you’re looking for a quiet place to take meetings or a vibe-y outlet for your creativity, you’ve found it.

MEETING ROOMS - Two daylight filled rooms to take appointments, sales meetings or conference calls. The larger includes video capabilities.

VIP LOUNGE - A multi use space perfect for fittings or more informal meetings. Styled with two large mirrors, vibe-y furniture and open space to spare.

PHOTO STUDIO - Outfitted with two makeup vanities, a seamless and lighting equipment. May be closed via garage door or combined with showroom space.

We offer several rooms and areas that are available by the hour or day; pricing can be incentivized should more than one room be rented at the same time.
Availability outside of standard business hours (Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM) by request; additional charges for security will apply and venue pricing may cost up to 1.5x the normal price/hour to cover the cost of keeping a staff member on-site.
TPA required for parties of 75 people or more.

Cancellation policy: Moderate 

Full refund up to 5 days prior to event, except processing fees

Security deposit: up to $1,500.00
(Will be collected separately by the space owner)
