Venue price includes tables and chairs for 150 guests, three 8' buffet tables, and various pieces of furniture for displays.  There is a 15% service charge for weekend and overnight bookings.

Your guest house has a wedding suite with a comfortable California king bed, a walk through closet and a large bathroom with multiple mirrors and a shower.  The rest of the guest house has two more guest bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and a beautifully remodeled kitchen.  Only the wedding party and intimate family are welcome to the guest house for the duration of your special occassion.

Your guests are welcome to camp, primitively, in tents or RV's on the riverfront in our designated camping area.

Newaukum River Ranch provides such peace in the preparations and I love arriving on wedding morning to find the bridesmaids playing cornhole in their robes, the father-of-the-bride reclined in the river, and the groom grilling hotcakes with his groomsmen.  I have witnessed wonderful things in the merging of two families over the course of a weekend here.

The scene:
Welcome to Newaukum River Ranch! Our family has been coming here for 20 years, and we’ve enjoyed every minute of it. The old beams of the barn were logged by oxen over 100 years ago from a stump just a mile up the road. We honor the hands that tended this land before us and we look forward to sharing it with generations of families to come.

Our cozy home is perfect for a weekend getaway, and our beautiful barn has been called 'primitive luxury' for years, it is ideal for special events. Top off your nine private acres of venue space with 1,000 feet of riverfront and you're sure to be living the wedding of your dreams.
Design:
Our Ranch house received a beautiful makeover during the summer of 2021 and it is adorned with a fresh country charm. Ranch house guests are welcome to use the hot tub and fire pit on the patio of the space. Our barn was remodeled in 2019 to become the perfect space for friends and family to celebrate together, with a 13' indoor/outdoor bar and plenty of room for dancing and a buffet.

Our customer service is what stands out at Newaukum River Ranch. Our staff intends to anticipate everything you might need and happily provide whatever that is to ensure a stress-free experience to match the beauty of the landscape. There are no other venues in the northwest with 1,000 feet of riverfront access and it truly feels magical. Your guests will love camping on the riverfront after a full day of celebrating your union.

We have several arbor pieces and furniture pieces to arrange as best suited to your design plans.
Yard games including volleyball, beersby, and cornhole are also available.
If there is no burn ban, you are welcome to bring firewood for we have several fire pits.
Three outdoor guest bathrooms provide a clean space for your guests to refresh, one of them provides a shower.

Alder Hollow
You choose the direction of your ceremony in Alder Hollow, which is riverside.
View: The view is of an old maple, alder trunks, our beautiful barn or the riverfront, depending on how you choose it.
