The Old Towne Event Center is a brand new urban contemporary space. Have your guests enjoy a large greenscape balcony and enter into a large gallery before entering one of two beautifully appointed ballrooms through arched french doorways. The Sankaty boasts 6 copper and crystal chandeliers, cherry wood floors and plantation shutters for a quiet elegant ceremony or reception. The Brandt Point Ballroom showcases over half a dozen crystal baccarat inspired chandeliers hanging from an open industrial ceiling.

Whether looking for the urban contemporary loft, an elegant sit down dinner, or creating a vision of a Great Gatsby affair this is the venue to book. Most guests enjoy booking the entire 9,000 square foot space and creating a place that warmly welcomes their guests and a home to celebrate their special occasion.

Venue Features
The scene:
Guests will arrive to a beautifully appointed covered balcony adorned with colorful flowers hanging from the railing. Once inside the marble entry/foyer guests will be greeted with a beautiful and elegant chandelier before being directed to one of two spacious ballrooms. The floors are cherry wood and each of the dozens of windows have plantation shutters which lends itself to a fine southern welcoming. The contemporary bride will enjoy open industrial ceilings with well appointed lighting and crystal chandeliers throughout the venue.
