A welcoming greenhouse restaurant that highlights the best of California’s bounty from both land and sea, Openaire showcases seasonal produce in a sharable format.
Design:
Sean Knibb has transformed the space, creating a lush, tranquil environment, which features baskets of fragrant plants such as blooming Jerusalem jasmine and rose geraniums. A marble bar with mirrored back splash accents, as well as custom marble crates housing liquor and aperitifs are featured in the space alongside burgundy mohair banquets creating intimate nooks for sharing a meal.

Cuisine:

Citrin’s inspiration for Openaire’s menu comes from the soulful and generous approach of meals prepared at his home, balancing flavor and simplicity in a spirited atmosphere. A selection of classic and proprietary cocktails will complement the menu.
