Home to great times and award-winning wines, guests are welcomed into a tasting room full of culture and tradition, with an equally present sense of uniqueness and individuality.

THE DISTILLERY
With Opolo's rich ties to the Balkan coast, co-owners Rick Quinn and Dave Nichols have combined their winemaking expertise with traditional recipes to create complex fruit brandies, grappa and delicious liqueurs.

The expansive Hilltop overlooks the striking Westside vineyard. Primed for wedding ceremonies, cocktail receptions and outdoor dining, it acts as the perfect backdrop to share vows. Following nuptials, enjoy beverages and bites with closest friends and family to celebrate. Snap photos and savor the sips of cocktail hour.

Specifically designed for weddings and indoor dining, the Barrel Room offers an inviting atmosphere with warm string lighting and chandeliers. Retired barrels line the walls and create a perfectly cozy space to commemorate any occasion.

Relish in an uninterrupted view of the sunset from the Hilltop with loved ones and complete the evening by dining and dancing under the stars.
