Venue Setting

COMO Parrot Cay is a private island resort in the Turks and Caicos, with 1,000 unspoilt acres and a mile-long white beach. Beachside houses and villas have whitewash interiors and chic teak finishing, with many featuring plunge and infinity pools. There are also very large residences available to rent — tucked away in secluded spots on the island but with full access to the resort’s many facilities. The island’s two restaurants serve a range of fine dining and casual dishes, including healthy COMO Shambhala Cuisine, while COMO Beach Club is open daily for drinks by the sand. Wellness is nurtured at the multi-award-winning COMO Shambhala Retreat, which offers yoga, Pilates and a range of holistic therapies. Weeklong yoga programmes are held throughout the year and there is a substantial, fully equipped gym. Watersports, diving and island excursions complete the COMO Parrot Cay experience.

At COMO Parrot Cay, our Turks and Caicos island hotel finds the ideal balance between a relaxed, beach house aesthetic and a soothing contemporary style. Keith Hobbs—whose British firm United Designers were also responsible for COMO Metropolitan London — oversaw the light-filled look of COMO Parrot Cay. Combining the colonial and contemporary, Keith created whitewashed interiors furnished with soft, white, cotton-covered chairs, airy four-poster beds and teak furnishings.
