The scene:
After entering the historic Pershing Square Building, your guests will be transported to the 13th floor Perch foyer. From there, guests are welcomed to either Bar Thirteen or they will proceed up to the 15th Floor Rooftop Restaurant or the 16th Floor Rooftop Lounge. Views of downtown are enjoyed from every level and leave guests with a new love of Los Angeles.
Design:
Guests are greeted by beautiful antique inspired furniture, plush lounge couches and incredibly detailed woodwork, which will transport you to French inspired restaurants of old. The 15th floor outside patios feature ornate fireplaces, lush landscaping, breathtaking views of the Downtown L.A. skyline and a direct view to the stars above.

Bar Thirteen
This speakeasy spot is perfect for seated dinners up to 66 guests or cocktail receptions for up to 90 guests.
5th Street Patio
This rooftop patio features exclusivity while guests are also able to enjoy the ambiance of the restaurant and band. While this area is outside, there are built in heaters above the table to keep you and your guests more than comfortable.
15th Floor Restaurant and Rooftop
The crown jewel of our venue, the 15th Floor restaurant, has indoor and outdoor seating. Whether guests are sitting by our gorgeous indoor bar or mingling on the patio, they are all embraced by the warmth and whimsical feeling Perch leaves you with.
