Point San Luis Historic 1800's Lighthouse is surrounded by thousands of acres of protected coastal land, just outside Avila Beach. It provides the perfect Central California coastline backdrop for relaxed elegant beach wedding ceremony. Your event starts with guest taking a classic trolley ride along the coast to our estate. Your ceremony takes place on a private beach bluff for a memorable moment framed by the Pacific Ocean. The outdoor reception area is available for cocktails, dinner, dancing, and a perfect place to watch the sunset over the water. We also host private parties, retreats, family reunions, board meetings, and corporate events.

The scene:
Point San Luis Lighthouse was built in 1890, and is recognized by the U.S. Parks Service as a National Historic Monument. Dolphins, whales, and otters can be seen swimming off our shores. Our slice of paradise offers a private and tranquil atmosphere, creating a unique experience to celebrate with your family and friends.
Design:
Our 1890's Light Station has been completely refurbished and restored. We offer several outdoor and indoor areas for your reception.
Standout venue features:
All guests are provided with access to our Lighthouse featuring docents in period wear. Guest are able to stroll along our bluff overlooking the ocean, and can visit our secluded beach.
Extra perks:
We provide tables and chairs for up to 120 people, cocktail tables, gift table, 2 bars, and a chauffeur ride on our fleet for your guests from our parking area in Avila Beach to the Lighthouse.
