This Tuscan-styled winery, just 45 minutes outside of Washington, D.C., offers rolling hills of verdant vineyards. 
Find a New Orleans-style courtyard ideal for tasting Potomac Point’s award-winning wines, such as their Rosé and Chardonnay. For a unique experience, you can dine among the oak casks with a small party in their Barrel Room or host a group in the bricklaid Coyote Wine Cave, so-called after a coyote and her pup left behind a trail of their paw prints.

Potomac Point Vineyard & Winery is set on 20 acres with rolling vineyards, surrounded by beautiful trees and landscaping.

Our Tuscan styled venue includes a ballroom with beautiful hardwood floors and classic chandeliers; The room is lined with French doors that overlook the 2500 square foot stone patio, overlooking the bowl-shaped vineyard below.
Standout venue features:
All wedding packages include a personal Venue Coordinator as your main point of contract to help plan and run your special day. Grape Stomping is also included in all Vines to Vows wedding packages. This adorable moment has become an iconic part of the wine making tradition; and it’s become a unique wedding tradition here at Potomac Point Winery as well.

Richland Ballroom
Now upgraded with beautiful hardwood floors! The Richland Ballroom is our elegantly appointed event wing. The room is lined with French doors that open onto the 2500 square foot sculpted patio, over looking the bowl- shaped vineyard below. The ballroom is ideal for your largest venue seating up to 200 people with a dance floor. Your needs can be met for additional space and entertaining with the flow of people extending onto the patio.

Richland Patio
The Richland Patio has the perfect view of the rolling vineyards and breathtaking sunsets.The Patio can hold up to 100 guests for a private cocktail style function or about 60 guests for a seated event.

Barrel Room
The Barrel Room is filled with romantic ambiance. This is the perfect setting for rehearsal dinners or wine and cheese parties. Picture flickering candles perched on top of 100 aging oak casks filling the room with dancing shadows. Brick arches and stucco walls define the room architecturally, while bronze statues give it a Tuscan accent.
