The perfect outdoor setting for weddings or events located an hour south of Nashville,Tennessee, thirty minutes from Franklin, Tennesse, and thirty minutes from Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The one of a kind location underneath a canopy of trees, next to the water, creates a picturesque celebration everyone will enjoy. The property is six acres and includes a modern ranch house with a large bridal suite and a kitchen for your caterer. The event space is two acres of lighted forest nestled under the trees along the river. It is the perfect combination of modern and rustic.

Elopement Package
Elopement Package offers a 2-hour venue rental, allowing you to say "I do" surrounded by your closest friends and family. Enjoy a beautiful outdoor ceremony at The Meadows, with a scenic backdrop by the river, plus access to The River Room as a rain plan.

Chairs for up to 20 guests
Venue coordinator

Exclusive Package

Our Exclusive Package provides an 8-hour venue rental for up to 30 guests. This package includes access to The Meadows (outdoor venue), The Green House (modern ranch house with get-ready rooms), and The River Room (reception space overlooking the river). With everything you need to bring your dream event to life.

It includes the following:

8-hour exclusive use of the property
Get-ready rooms
Kitchen for the caterer to prep food
White resin chairs and rectangular tables

Essential Package

Our Essential package offers a 12-hour rental for up to 75 guests. This package includes access to The Meadows (outdoor venue), The Green House (modern ranch house with get-ready rooms), and The River Room (reception space overlooking the river).

12-hour exclusive use of the property
Exclusive use of The Green House (Includes get-ready rooms)
Kitchen for the caterer to prep food

Extended Package

Our Two-Day Exclusive Package offers complete access to the property, making it ideal for hosting both your rehearsal dinner and ceremony & reception in one stunning location. Enjoy exclusive use of The Meadows (outdoor venue), The Green House (modern ranch house with get-ready rooms), and The River Room (reception space overlooking the river).

You’ll have access from Friday at 9 AM until Saturday at 10 PM. This comprehensive package ensures a seamless and unforgettable experience for your special event.

On Summer nights the stars are bright and beautiful. The combination of hanging lights and lighted pathways the space looks like something out of a fairytale. It has to be seen and experienced to be believed. During the Fall, the leaves on the trees change to autumn colors, making a beautiful canvas for your wedding day.

Venue Features

The scene:: Retreat At The River is set on a picturesque 6 acres situated along the beautiful Duck River in Tennessee. The 2.2 acre nestled under the trees, next to the river provides a magical & memorable place to have your wedding. The venue, the modern ranch house and our gorgeous acreage all make for an amazing spot for photographs and video to remember your day.
Design:: The outdoor venue features a stylized pergola, a secret path for the bride and groom and a lovely river view. The Modern ranch features an amazing, large bridal suite with modern appointments, fireplace and floor to ceiling bookshelves and a posh u-shaped couch. Off the suite is an outdoor, expansive red cedar deck that overlooks the amazing Duck River.
Standout venue features:: Guests can sit back and relax as they are chauffeured onto the property with their own personal shuttle. Privacy is key as they enter our rustic modern gated venue. Guests are encouraged to roam the 6 lush acres as they take in the river views. The property is fenced so guest can feel safe about their experience.
Extra perks:: Fifteen plus up lit trees, stylized pergola, picture wall, secret path to a private part of the property for the couple.
