RM Champagne Salon is a 1,500 square foot champagne-centric bar and restaurant with a spacious outdoor patio, which is found tucked-away at the foot of a secluded alley at 116 N. Green Street. With a nod to Grower Champagne, RM’s namesake, the champagne salon marries an approachable, cozy space with a progressively-approached wine list. “We thrive on juxtaposition—this urbane setting presents the perfect environment to showcase winemakers,” explains Element Partner, Chris Dexter. The bar’s unique design aesthetic sticks to its cool, Parisian-inspired roots, providing a warm, comfortable and inviting environment to grab a glass of wine, bubbles or an inventive cocktail. Cuisine caters to all crowds, ranging from a full dinner menu created by Chef Jared Van Camp to light bites such as cheese plates and unique in-house pastries and mignardises.
