Venue Setting

RM Champagne Salon is a 1,500 square foot champagne-centric bar and restaurant with a spacious outdoor patio, which is found tucked-away at the foot of a secluded alley at 116 N. Green Street. With a nod to Grower Champagne, RM’s namesake, the champagne salon marries an approachable, cozy space with a progressively-approached wine list. “We thrive on juxtaposition—this urbane setting presents the perfect environment to showcase winemakers,” explains Element Partner, Chris Dexter.  The bar’s unique design aesthetic sticks to its cool, Parisian-inspired roots, providing a warm, comfortable and inviting environment to grab a glass of wine, bubbles or an inventive cocktail. Cuisine caters to all crowds, ranging from a full dinner menu created by Chef Jared Van Camp to light bites such as cheese plates and unique in-house pastries and mignardises.

Design:
Stylish antique mirrors lining our signature blue wallpapered wall, tassels hanging from the ceiling, and vintage Moroccan lamps found throughout the venue create a very romantic ambiance. Tea lights dangle from above, hovering over the open-air cobblestone patio to create the ultimate urban scene for the warmer seasons, while a wood-burning fireplace located within the venue creates the perfect romantic touch for colder months.

The table right next to the wood burning fireplace makes a perfect date spot for a glass of wine or bubbly with a lite bite. The bar that lines the back wall of the venue is a great spot for sipping craft cocktails. The "Le Drepage" with Martin Miller's Gin, housemade blueberry syrup, lime, mint and a splash of prosecco and "Great Scott" with Angel's Envy Rye and a De-Constructed old-fashioned tube are must-trys!
