This authentic, post and beam 1917 barn was one of the first built in Lancaster County. What once served as storage for horses and hay has been transformed into a unique space for weddings, family gatherings, company celebrations and more.
The old weathered barn wood walls and hand-carved Amish doors house 4,300 square feet of rustic elegance. Chandeliers, vintage lanterns and cafe lights brighten the space. The former dirt floor has been replaced with wood – perfect for line dances, sock hops, electric slides and chicken dances. A large bar near the entrance is the ideal spot for guests to wet their whistle. French doors lead to an additional 1,000 square-foot deck that overlooks Salt Creek. Here, among the towering oaks and picturesque farmland, guests can enjoy campfire pits while youngsters play on nearby structures.
An attached mini barn offers two modern restrooms, built large and furnished for wedding parties to prepare for their big day. The venue has also been updated with an irrigation sprinkler system, allowing hosts to accommodate more guests than other barn venues. A private drive and parking lot allow party-goers to bypass farm activities.

What do Yorkshire, Pennsylvania and Napa Valley have in common? All are home to some pretty incredible barn venues. In this line-up of venues we love, we’re sharing some of the best barns of 2019. Some are very old and date back centuries, while others are new to the events scene. Some have towering cathedral ceilings and stone fireplaces, while others have big windows that let in a ton of natural light. Many are set on rolling hills and pastoral land, surrounded by trees, gardens and farm animals.
Whether you're planning a wedding, corporate event, dinner party or family reunion, these barns are up to the party task.
