Venue Setting

PATIO

Our patio is perfect for private events, from rehearsal dinners to birthday and after-parties. Set-up to seat 45. Larger events require additional table and chair rentals and the client will be billed accordingly.

Guest capacity for dinner: 70 Guest capacity for after-parties: 100

Food & Beverage Minimum:   Sunday-Tuesday: 2,000   Wednesday-Thursday: 3,000   Friday-Saturday: 4,000

Hosting a bigger party? A restaurant buy-out is a great option.

Our menus change with the season, please see the current menu for selections. Menus can be customized based on the client’s needs. Please alert us at the time of booking if any of your guests have food allergies or dietary restrictions. Menu pricing is subject to change and final pricing is guaranteed only with a signed event order and deposit.

ALCOHOL

Like the food menus, our artisanal cocktails are updated seasonally. We can create a custom cocktail for your event if you’d like. Alcohol is charged on consumption and the client may set a maximum budget for alcohol at the time of booking.

MUSIC

Sama has amplified music throughout the restaurant/patio and is allowed until 10pm. You may bring your own DJ/Band if you like.

RENTALS

The Tent Merchant or the rental company of your choice can provide additional rentals. The rental company can use the loading zone in front of the Granada for deliveries. Please note, our long pine tables can be placed anywhere, but cannot be removed from the patio.

EVENT TIMES

Dinner or an after-party can begin at any time you would like. The last call for alcohol is 12:50am. All guests must depart Sama by 1:00am.

SECURITY

For after-party or late night events, security is required and will be billed at an additional cost to the client.

DEPOSIT

A 20% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Cancellations received 30 days before event will result in 100% payment of the food & beverage minimum. Payment is due at the time of cancellation.

GUEST COUNT

Final guest count is due 14 days before the event. This number is the minimum, guaranteed guest count for which you will be charged, and it cannot be decreased. Any increase in guest count will be billed accordingly.

FINAL PAYMENT

Final payment is due by the end of your scheduled event.
