Shustoke Farm Barns is a stunning wedding venue in Warwickshire.
The Barns are just east of Coleshill; about 20 minutes from the centres of Birmingham and Coventry. They are red brick, 18th-Century buildings – which are wonderfully tall and dramatic inside, and surround a beautiful courtyard with ancient olive trees and fire pits.

Venue Setting

Shustoke Farm Barns is a stunning wedding venue in Warwickshire, that has been planning, coordinating and catering for weddings since July 2013. 

The Barns are just east of Coleshill; about 20 minutes from the centres of Birmingham and Coventry. They are red brick, 18th-Century buildings – which are wonderfully tall and dramatic inside, and surround a beautiful courtyard with ancient olive trees and fire pits, as well as an outside kitchen where guests can watch chefs cook up to 6 whole lambs, barbecue anything, or make even pizzas.

In the Barns there are flagstone floors, beautiful oak beams and windows, a copper-topped bar and a separate drinks area upstairs. Guests can also enjoy a view of the giant rotisserie through a large glass panel into the kitchen. 

With a civil ceremony licence for up to 189 people, and seating up to 140 to eat, the barn is designed to feel spacious and luxurious for smaller numbers, but will accommodate higher numbers.

The spectacular lighting means that you can spotlight tables during the meal, enjoy night lights, fairy lights and church candles throughout the day, and switch on our colour-changing LED up-lighters on the dance floor!

Additional Charges

At Shustoke Farm Barn we have a minimum catering order on specific dates, as follows;

  • Fridays between 1st May to 30th September – £4,000 ex VAT
    Saturdays between 1st May to 30th September – £5,000 ex VAT
    Saturdays between 1st October and 30th April – £3,000 ex VAT

All minimum costs are excluding drink sales.

This will be calculated at the end of your quote and a balancing amount added to bring the Catering cost to the minimum value.

There is no minimum spend if the barn hire is under £2800 at any time of year. This does not apply to dates when the barn hire is discounted.

At Shustoke Farm Barns we buy only the best raw materials, regardless of cost (sorry, accountants!) and we then we hand them over to Head Chef who will deliver them to you, precisely cooked and served with the simplicity that such fine ingredients deserve.

Our food is prepared and cooked either on our 8-spit rotisserie, on our huge BBQ or with our own Smoker.

We are known for our whole BBQ’d lambs, sirloin steak bricks or butterflied legs of lamb. Alternatively you can choose from our Rotisserie options including chicken with a cream and tarragon sauce, whole suckling pig with roast apples or even Gressingham duck with wine & blackcurrant sauce. We only use the best ingredients and serve it simply – generally in a feast style on boards and in bowls to the centre of the tables.

Bars & Lounges:
We have a well stocked, licensed bar on site, which will be the only source of drinks after the meal. The bar will close at 0100 hrs.
