Relaxing stays await at Sunway Resort Hotel, which features direct access to the Sunway Lagoon Theme Park and Mega Shopping Mall. Union Pay is accepted here. Located within Sunway Resort City (SRC) 5-star rooms at Sunway Resort Hotel offer views of Sunway Lagoon or the resort’s skyline. They feature a flat-screen satellite TV, minibar and a marble bathrooms with bathtub. Toothpaste, toothbrush and toiletries are provided. Chinese tea-making facilities are provided. Enjoy full workouts at the well-equipped fitness centre. Alternatively, day trips can be organised at Sunway’s tour desk. Soothing treatments await at the Balinese inspired spa after a day of activity. Sunway Resort Hotel also offers access to the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT). These electric buses travel to Sunway-Setia Jaya, Mentari, Sunway Lagoon, SunMed, SunU-Monash, South Quay and USJ7. Sunway Resort Hotel is a 25-minute drive from Kuala Lumpur City Centre and a 35-minute drive from Kuala Lumpur International Airport.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Sunway Resort Hotel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The name on the credit card used for the booking must correspond to the guest staying at the property. Please be informed that we are currently reopening in phases. Whilst we strive to deliver uncompromising guest experiences, our facilities are limited at the moment. As announced by the Government of Malaysia, effective 1st March 2024, the sales & service tax (SST) for hotel accommodation and ancillary services will increase to 8%, which will be reflected in the final bill settlement. Please pay the tax differences direct to hotel upon check in/check out.
