This beautiful modernist home really does hit the sweet spot. First of all, the location is fantastic for tennis fans. It’s under a ten-minute stroll to Stade Roland-Garros, which hosts the French Open. If tennis isn't your thing, newly built La Seine Musicale, a must-visit for music lovers, is just over thirty minutes on foot. Located in the 16th arrondissement, this affluent district is akin to the Upper East Side of New York – chic and very sought after, so you'll find lots of stylish eateries and bars too. Or, if you fancy some green space, go for a walk around the beautiful Bois de Boulogne, a five-minute saunter. You don’t have to go anywhere to relax outside, though – this home has two wonderful outdoor spaces. We love the balcony overlooking the neighbourhood, while a terrace complete with a table and chairs, as well as a barbecue, is perfect for idyllic meals at sunset, followed by a glass of Champagne. Or, eat inside, in the dining room with its modernist black chandelier and a long dining table surrounded by Eames chairs. Later, take a seat on the Le Corbusier style chair and read a book from the library in the impressive living room with its double height ceiling and feature glazing. All in all, this home is a winner – we think it’s worth making a racket about.
