Are you in the mood for a wild, remote, natural experience? Thalia Haven is set on a private 130-acre wooded peninsula surrounded by the crystal-blue waters of Great Oyster Bay on the East Coast of Tasmania. You will have exclusive access to five km of coastline, including your own private golden sand beach. Four ancient-stone cottages surround a beachside garden on the ocean's edge. Thalia is a bold yet congenial showcase of self-reliance: all your water, electricity, and warmth are derived from Thalia's land, breezes and sunshine. The living room and kitchen/dining rooms have huge open fireplaces. The four bedrooms each have a comfy king-sized bed. The kitchen comes fully equipped, including a steam injection oven, plus indoor and outdoor cooking fireplaces. Thalia sleeps 8 people in 4 king-sized beds, perfect for a group of close family or friends. Relax in the ocean-front outdoor bathtub and wood-fired sauna!
