Start your wedding day surrounded by your closest friends and immediate family in the spacious homestead of The Manor. With access to nearly the entire home (excluding just a few small rooms), you’ll have plenty of room to relax, prepare, and enjoy every moment before walking down the aisle.

The Perfect Space for Your Wedding Party:

  • Downstairs, enjoy a unique and fun experience in our regulation racquetball court, complete with a big-screen TV, foosball table, and comfortable lounge seating—ideal for the groom’s party or anyone looking to unwind before the ceremony.

  • The large kitchen and inviting living room with a massive TV are perfect for casual gatherings, meals, or catching the game.

  • An expansive bonus room offers ample space for larger bridal parties to spread out and get ready together.

Upstairs, you'll find two private suites connected by a large veranda overlooking the entire property. Draped in flowing white curtains and featuring a cozy daybed, this serene space is ideal for quiet moments, photo opportunities, and taking in the view before the celebration begins.

Design:
Gigantic Oak Tree on the edge of the wood line with hand-built wooden stage/alter. Beautiful wooden benches for ceremony seating. Covered barn for dinner reception with AC/Heating units (not temperature controlled). Large pond area with boardwalk for cocktail hour and friendly donkeys. Huge home on site to get ready in all day.

  • Tables and chairs set up and taken down by our team, so your layout is ready when you arrive and cleaned up when the night is over

  • Trash removal (excluding what is handled by your caterer or bartending service)

  • Post-event cleaning of both the Manor and the Barn, so you leave with only good memories

  • Full use of Oak Manor throughout the day, including its stylish getting-ready areas and relaxing common spaces
